丝裂霉素联合Ahmed减压阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼疗效好

目的:观察丝裂霉素(mitomycin C,MMC)联合Ahmed减压阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效.方法:应用Ahmed青光眼减压阀植入手术治疗32例35眼难治性青光眼,术后随访一年,观察其临床疗效及其手术并发症.结果:本组成功率为80.0%;眼压由术前的(47.28±13.14)mmHg降至术后的(17.62±6.42)mmHg.采用配对t检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).术后并发症为:引流盘周纤维包裹2眼(5.7%),浅前房2眼(5.7%),引流管口堵塞2眼(5.7%),脉络膜脱离1眼(2.8%).结论:应用丝裂霉素联合Ahmed减压阀植入手术治疗难治性青光眼是一种相对有效、安全的治疗方法.

Observation on the long-term effect of mitomycin C combined with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation on the refractory glaucoma

Objective:To observe the long-term effect of mitomycin C combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve(AGV) implantation on the refractory glaucoma. Methods:After A GV implantation, a retrospective study of clinical effect and complications were conducted on 35 eyes from 32 patients with refractory glaucoma with one-year follow-up. Results:The long-term successful rate was 80.0%. The average IOP decreased from the preoperative(47.28 ± 13.14)mmHg to the postoperative(17.62 ± 6.42)mmHg. The complications caused by the unsuccessful operation included bleb encapsulation in 2 eyes(5.7%), flat anterior chamber in 2 eyes(5.7%), tube blockage in 2 eyes(5.7%), and exudativech roidal detachment in 1 eye(2.8%). Conclusion:Mitomycin C combined with the AGV implantation surgery may be effective and safe for treating refractory glaucoma.
