江苏省人群高血压标化患病率十年增长趋势

报道了江苏省城乡人群高血压标化患病率十年来的增长趋势并探讨了其原因。十年来我省高血压患病率总趋势是明显上升了，其中临界高血压的增长率尤为明显，较十年前增长了９４．５％，而确诊高血压的增长率为３．６％。这种差异不受城乡、性别的影响。认为临界高血压明显增长的原因同社会环境的变化及人们生活方式的改变密切相关。同时提出应及早采有效的措施，进行高血压的人群防治，以控制临界高血压的进一步发展，有效控制高血压患

An Analysis on Increment of Morbidity of Hypertension in the Population of Jiangsu Province

An analysis on trends of standard morbidity of hypertension in the urban and rural areas of Jiangsu province during recent ten years revealed a raise in the prevalence of hypertension and the borderline is more distinct with an increment of 94. 5%. Mean while, the increment rate diagnoses confirmed hypertension was 3. 6%. This difference was not in-fluenced by difference in regions and sex. It supposed that the raised borderline hypertension was caused by environmental changes and life style. It was imperative to take effective pre-ventive measures as early as possible to control the development of borderline hypertension so to reduce the occurrence of hypertension.
