| 摘 要： | 目的:验证脂肪酰胺水解酶(fatty acid amide hydrolase,FAAH)在小鼠精原干细胞(spermatogonial stem cell,SSCs)中的表达?方法:构建稳定的小鼠SSCs培养平台,Western blot法检测FAAH在小鼠各组织脏器和SSCs的表达,免疫荧光法检测FAAH在睾丸组织及SSCs中的定位情况?结果:Western blot结果表明FAAH在睾丸组织高表达?免疫荧光显示FAAH定位于小鼠SSCs的细胞膜并且与已知的分选标记神经胶质细胞源性的神经营养因子(GDNF)家族受体α1(GDNF family receptor alpha-1,GFRα1)共定位?结论:FAAH可作为一个新的SSCs分选富集的表面分子标记,为进一步研究FAAH在精子发生的作用打下基础?
