摘    要:本研究旨在了解环氧化酶抑制剂布洛芬在盐酸吸入导致的急性呼吸衰竭(下简称ARDS)中的作用。酸吸入导致肺通气、灌流严重紊乱以及动脉低氧血症。布洛芬减弱了酸吸入导致的动脉低血氧伴肺血管阻抗的明显增高。以惰性气体清除法测定肺通气、灌流分布显示,因酸吸入引起的肺分流及低V/Q肺单元血流的增加在布洛芬治疗组中得以减轻。布洛芬抑制前列腺素的生成,并通过增强缺氧性肺血管收缩反应而改善了肺损伤时的气体交换。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of cyclooxygenase inhibitor, Ibuprofen, on acute respiratory failure induced by hydrochloric acid aspiration. Ventilation-perfusion mismatching and arterial hypoxemia were observed in control canines after acid aspiration. Pretreatment of Ibuprofen attenuated the hypoxemia following acid injury with a significantly increased pulmonary vascular resistance.The distributions of pulmonary blood flow was Wasmeasured by multiple inert gas elimination. An increase in perfusions to shunt and low V/Q lung units after acid aspiration was attenuated in Ibuprefen treated animals. The inhibition of prostaglandin production with Ibuprofen strengthened hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction thus improved pulmonary gas exchanges in acid lung injury.
