| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早发冠心病患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度特点及其对早发冠心病的预测价值。方法:应用二维超声测定早发冠心病患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)和斑块情况。采用病例对照的方法进行对比研究。结果:早发冠心病患者颈动脉IMT≥0.85mm及斑块检出率明显高于对照组(56％比11％,P<0.05);颈动脉超声检查阳性对诊断冠心病的敏感性为55.7％、特异性88.9％、准确性87.2％。结论:早发冠心病患者颈动脉IMT增加及斑块检出率明显升高,颈动脉超声检查阳性对提示冠心病的诊断具有重要预测价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the intima-media thickness and plagues in carotid artery and its predictive value among patients with^premature CHD. Methods: The intima-media thickness(IMT) and plaques of the common carotid artery were measured by B-mode ultrasound imaging and its value in predicting premature CHD was evaluated. Results: Patients with premature CHD had higher average IMT of carotid artery(0. 79 +0. 20) mm vs (0. 65 +0. 13) mm, P < 0. 05)] and the plaques were more common in Group A than in Group B. Positive foundings carotid artery in predicted premature CHD with sensitivity of 55. 7%, specificity of 88. 9% and accuracy of 87. 2%. Conclusion: Patients with premature CHD had higher IMT and plaques in common carotid artery. |
