| 摘 要： | 对57例足月新生儿和20例早产儿进行脐血尿酸含量测定。结果表明:早产儿脐血尿酸水平明显高于足月儿,且与胎龄大小呈线性负相关联系。提示:尿酸作为一种重要抗氧化剂,能补偿出生时机体其他抗氧化物质的不足,对调节氧化与抗氧化平衡具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Cord blood uric acid was determined in 57 full-term newbons and 20 pre-matures. Cord serum uric acid content in full-term newborn was much higher than that of the prematures, presenting negative linear correlation with respect to the ages of the fetuses. Uric acid as an antioxidant played an important role in the oxidation-antioxida-tion balance. |
