肾癌组织中Vimentin蛋白表达与临床相关性分析

目的:检测肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)组织中波形蛋白(vimentin)的表达,研究其表达水平与肿瘤临床病理特征及临床转归的相关性.方法:收集行肾根治性切除术并经病理证实为肾细胞癌的103例病例(92例为透明细胞癌,11例为乳头状细胞癌),平均随访时间为51.2个月,通过Western Blot检测肿瘤标本中vimentin蛋白的表达情况,对肿瘤大小、分期、分级、转移及生存率等临床病理资料与vimentin表达水平的相关性行统计学分析.结果:肾癌中vimentin蛋白的表达水平与非肿瘤组织相比显著增加,并且与肿瘤大小(P=0.002)、转移(P<0.001)、pT分期(P<0.001)、分级(P<0.001)、存活率(95.8%vs72.7%,P=0.002)有相关性.单变量分析显示vimentin的表达水平对肾细胞癌发展及预后具有预测意义(P<0.05).结论:本研究的结果显示vimentin的高表达与肾细胞癌的进展呈正相关,检测vimentin表达水平可用于肾癌分期、分级及预后判断.

Expression of vimentin in renal cell carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance
