胃癌组织中CD44v6和VEGF表达的相互关系及其临床意义

目的:探讨CD44v6和VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床特征之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学二步法,检测105例胃癌组织中CD44v6及VEGF的表达,分析了CD44v6、VEGF与胃癌组织学分型、浸润深度及淋巴结转移的关系。结果:105例胃癌组织中CD44v6阳性率为71.43%(75/105),VEGF阳性表达率为58.10%(61/105),两者表达情况与胃癌的组织学类型的分化等级、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:同时进行CD44v6和VEGF免疫组织化学检测对于评估胃癌的预后有一定意义。

The relationship between CD44v6 and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in gastric carcinoma and its clinical signification

Objective: To study the expression of CD44v6 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma and their relation to the clinicopathological features. Methods: CD44v6 and VEGF protein expression in 105 cases of human gastric carcinoma were examined by using immunohistochemical staining. CD44v6 and VEGF expression were analysed together with their relation to histologic types, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. Results: The positive rate of CD44v6 was 71.43%(75/105). The positive rate of VEGF was 58.10%(61/105). CD44v6 and VEGF had a positive corrlation with the differentiation degree of the tumor, the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Conclusion: It is significant for prognosis when CD44v6 and VEGF are examined by using immunohistochemical staining at the same time.
