| 摘 要： | 采用同步描记心电图、心音图、颈动脉搏动图和心尖搏动图对60例老年和老年前期正常人、48例心绞痛患者和26例陈旧性心肌梗塞患者进行了左室功能测定。根据所测定的十三项指标,发现E-P,LVETI,Q-S,PEP/LVET,A,A/E-O和异常心尖搏动图七项指标较为敏感。

| Abstract: | The left ventricular function wasstudied by using synchronally recordedelectrocardiogram, phonocardiogram,carotid pulse wave and apex-cardiogramin 60 old-aged and preold-aged normalpersons, 48 cases of angina pectorisand 26 cases of myocardial infarction.out of the 13 indexes measured, 7 weremore sensitive than the rest. They wereE-P, LVETI, Q-S, PEP/LVET, A, A/EOand abnormal apex-cardiogram. Wesuggest that these 7 indexes, combinedwith clinical manifestations, could beused to determine the left ventricularcontractile and relaxation function in thepatients with coronary artery diseases. |
