胃癌上皮型钙粘蛋白表达及其与浸润转移的关系

目的　探讨上皮型钙粘蛋白（Ｅ－ｃａｄｈｅｒｉｎ， Ｅ－Ｃａｄ）的表达与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法　应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化法和抗Ｅ－Ｃａｄ 抗体观察４４ 例胃癌和正常胃上皮组织中Ｅ－Ｃａｄ 的表达。结果　胃癌组织中Ｅ－Ｃａｄ总阳性率４７．７％ ，正常胃上皮全部表达，Ｅ－Ｃａｄ 的表达与癌组织分化程度、生长方式密切相关（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），与浸润深度及淋巴结转移相关（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论　Ｅ－Ｃａｄ与胃癌的浸润转移有关，可作为一种新的癌标志物，其表达对判断预后有一定价值。

Expression of E cadherin in Gastric Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Invasion and Metastasis

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of E cadherin and progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods 44 cases of gastric carcinoma and adjacent normal stomach mucomembrnous epithelium were examined for E cadherin by S P immumnohistochemistry of anti E cadherin monoclonal antibody. Results The results showed that, positive rate of E cadherin in gastric carcinoma of all histological types was 47.7%, while E cadherin expression was observed in all normal stomach mucous epithelium. E cadherin expression was associated with carcinoma differentiation, growing types (\%P\%<0.01), and with invasive depth and lymph node metastasis ( P <0 05). Conclusion E cadherin is associated with invasion and metastasis in stomach carcinoma, which suggests E cadherin wight serve as a new carcinoma marker. Measurement of E cadherin expression is of value in evaluating the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
