哮喘患者呼气流速峰值节律变化的临床意义

摘    要:监测38名支气管哮喘患者及38名正常对照者的呼气流速峰值(PEFR)的昼夜变化,发现哮喘病人PEFR昼夜变化比值A的均值为29.0%,明显高于正常组(8.8%),可作为诊断哮喘的重要依据。哮喘病人以清晨下降型(占79.3%)为其昼夜变化的特征性类型,对这方面的深入研究将有助于哮喘病的诊治。

Abstract:Peak expiretory flow rates(PEFR)of thirty-eight asthma patients and thirty- eight normal subjects were recorded five times a day for three days.The mean amplitude of variation was 29.0% in the asthma group,and 8.8% in the normal group. The measurement of the amplitude of the PEFR rhythms might be a useful test for asthma.The characteristic pattern of asthma patients was the lowest reading in the morning in the circadian rhythms.It will contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of asthma and also for further research.
