| 摘 要： | 用等电聚焦（ＩＥＦ）法初步分析了４例献血员丙型肝炎病毒（ＨＣＶ）感染血清。结果表明：ＨＣＶ感染血清显示３６条蛋白带，其中ｐＩ６．５和ｐＩ６．９带较正常血清着色为深，ｐＩ８．８、ｐＩ８．９和ｐＩ９．０带为明显的特征带。提示ＩＥＦ法对于ＨＣＶ隐性感染诊断可能具有重要的实际应用价值

| Abstract: | Hepatitic C virus(HCV) serum from four male blood donors were analysed with IEF electrophoresis. HCV serum showed 36 protein bands, of which pI 6.5 and pI 6.9 bands are stained deeper than those of the normal serum, whereas pI 8.8, pI 8.9 and pI 9.0 bands are specific. The results showed that IEF may be used to detect HCV infection. |
