女性阴道微生态变化与年龄、妊娠及4种阴道疾病关系的探讨

摘    要:目的:研究年龄、妊娠及4种阴道疾病对阴道pH和阴道乳酸杆菌分布的影响。方法:检测212例不同年龄段正常女性,150例不同孕期妊娠女性,50例念珠菌性阴道炎、细菌性阴道病,26例滴虫性阴道炎,28例老年性阴道炎女性阴道pH和阴道乳酸杆菌分布。结果:在21 ̄60岁的年龄段,随着年龄的增长,阴道平均pH值升高,阴道乳酸杆菌检出率下降;妊娠期阴道pH明显降低(P<0.01),阴道乳酸杆菌检出率和21 ̄30年龄段组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);念珠菌性阴道炎,滴虫性阴道炎,细菌性阴道病和老年性阴道炎,阴道乳酸杆菌检出率均低于正常对照组,且阴道乳酸杆菌半定量计数大都集中在  ̄ 范围中,和正常对照组明显不同,其中老年性阴道炎病人阴道pH值最高,细菌性阴道病病人的阴道乳酸杆菌检出率最低。结论:阴道乳酸杆菌在阴道中的分布受年龄、妊娠及阴道疾病的影响。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influence of age, pregnancy and vaginitis on vagina pH and lactobacilli distribution in vagina. Methods: vagina pH and lactobacilli distribution were explored in 212 normal different age women, 150 different pregnant time women, 50 nonilial vaginitis women, 50 bacterial vaginosis women, 26 trichomonas vaginitis women and 28 senile vaginitis women.Results: With growing age, vagina pH climbed, while the ratio of lactobacilli detection dropped at the age of 21- 60; in pregnant time, vagina pH dropped more sharply than the normal women with the age of 21- 30, while the ratio of lactobacilli detection was same; according to normal women, the ratio of lactobacilli detection descended in nonilial vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas vaginitis and nonilial vaginitis women, the important thing was lactobacilli distribution was - , vagina pH of nonilial vaginitis was highest, and the ratio of lactobacilli detection of bacterial vaginosis was lowest. Conclution: Age, pregnancy and vaginitis influenced lactobacilli distribution in vagina.
