江苏省农村地区孕产妇梅毒感染者特征的调查分析

目的：调查了解江苏农村地区梅毒感染孕产妇情况，分析其特征，为阻断梅毒母婴传播提供改进依据。方法：依据江苏省预防梅毒母婴传播项目的梅毒感染孕产妇登记卡设计问卷，调查2013—2017年江苏全省农村地区妇幼保健机构所有登记在案的妊娠梅毒患者，进行现况分析。结果：梅毒感染孕产妇平均年龄为27.86岁，以汉族为主（占97%），职业以家务及待业为主（占54.1%），初婚者为主（占83%）。以隐性梅毒为主（占64.1%），分期不详者占28.1%，孕期确诊的占77.3%，不清楚自己是如何被感染的比例高达67.8%。结论：农村地区预防梅毒母婴传播项目工作的诊断能力有待加强、健康教育存在薄弱环节。

Investigation on the maternal status of syphilis infection in rural areas in Jiangsu Province

Objective: To investigate the maternal status of syphilis infection in rural areas in Jiangsu Province, analyze its characteristics, and provide evidence for improving project work. Methods: According to the design questionnaire of syphilis infection maternal registration card for meiosis mother-to-child transmission in Jiangsu Province, all the pregnant syphilis patients from 2013 to 2017 were investigated in the rural maternal and child health care institutions in Jiangsu province. Results: The average age of pregnant women with syphilis infection was about 27.86 years old, accounting for 97% of the Han nationality, 54.1% of the households and unemployed, and 83% were the first marriage. It was mainly caused by recessive syphilis, which was about 64.1%, and the number of unknowns was about 28.1%. 77.3% were diagnosed during pregnancy. The percentage of people who were not sure how they were infected was 67.8%. Conclusions: The diagnostic ability of the work of preventing mother-to-child transmission of syphilis in rural areas needs to be strengthened, and there is a weak link in health education.
