| 摘 要： | 弓形体的两种放射性标记方法的结果表明:~(125)I-Iodogen法对游离弓形体的标记与~3H-TdR掺入法相比具有操作简便;测量快速;标记率高;放射自显影暴光时间短和影象直观等优点.在受感染孕鼠的示踪实验中,能充分阐明弓形体入侵后与宿主之间的微生态关系.

| Abstract: | Toxoplasrms Gondii was labelled with I125 or by H-TdR incorporation. The former surpassed the latter by a higher labeling rate,a (quicker detection rate,simplicity in manipulation and a shorter exposure time for autoradiography. In the tracing experiment carried out in infected pregnanted mice .the microecological relations between the invading toxoplasma and the host were fully illustrated. |
