| 摘 要： | ３０例（３０只眼）增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变病人，接受睫状体平坦部闭合式玻璃体手术。术前及术后１个月、２个月运用角膜内皮膜内皮镜观察角膜内皮的变异系数（ＣＶ＝ＳＤ／ｍｅａｎ）、细胞密度（细胞数／ｍｍ＾２＝１０００／平均细胞面积）、六角形细胞出现率。经统计学处理，测定值术前及术后无显著性差异，说明术中未切除晶体及术后眼压正常时，闭合式玻璃体手术对角膜内皮无影响。

| Abstract: | Using Koran specular microscope, the coefficient of variation (CV;SD/mean), cell density(1 000/mean area), and percentage of hexagonal cells of the corneal endothelium of 30 eyes with PDR (proliferative diabetic retinopathy) after closed vitrectomy through the pars plana were investigated. No significant difference between the preoperation and postoperation one month or two months in the parameters was noticed. Closed vitrectomy without lensectomy did not hurt the corneal endothelium in patients with normal IOP. |
