| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨 Aquaporin-1(AQPI)mRNA在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达和意义.方法:以相应患者手术切除的正常肺组织为对照,采用半定量 RT-PCR 技术检测人非小细胞肺癌(17例鳞癌和18例腺癌)组织中 AQP1 mRNA 的表达水平.结果:人肺腺癌组织中 AQP1 mRNA 表达水平为0.419±0.135,高于正常肺组织中的表达水平(0.250±0.124),二者之间差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);人肺鳞癌组织中 AQP1 mRNA 表达水平为0.341±0.099,与正常肺组织中 AQP1 mRNA 表达水平(0.264±0.114)之间无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:AQP1 mRNA在人肺腺癌组织中表达增加,提示AQP1可能与人肺腺癌的发生和发展有关系.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate mRNA expression of aquaporin-1(AQP1) in human non-small cell lung cancer and its clinic significance. Methods:The mRNA expression of aquaporin-1(AQP1) was measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR in 17 cases of squamous cell carcinomas,18 cases of adenocarcinomas and normal lung tissue. Results:The mRNA expression level of AQP1 in adenocarcinomas was significantly higher than that of normal lung tissue,but not in squamous cell carcinomas. Conclusion:Over-expression of AQP1 may play an important role in development of human pulmonary adenocarcinomas. The result may suggest a potential role of AQP1 as a novel therapeutic target for the management of lung cancer. |
