| 摘 要： | 研究了胰磷脂酶Ａ２对大鼠血脑屏障通透性的影响，同时用蛇毒ＰＬＡ２作比较；用伊文氏蓝示踪，肉眼和切片观察脑组织ＥＢ蓝染情况，作为ＢＢＢ通透性增高的一般指示剂。结果表明，当血中ＰＬＡ２达一定浓度、作用一定时间后动物脑组织出现ＥＢ颗粒，且其密度和范围随该酶浓度的增加而不断扩大、加深，对照组动物脑组织则未见蓝染；同样浓度的蛇毒ＰＬＡ２作用强于胰ＰＬＡ２。

| Abstract: | It is. postulated that excess phospholipase A2(PLA2)activity might be responsible for pancreatic encephalopathy(PE). In order to investigate the potential mechanism, we study the effect of PLA2 on the blood brain barrier(BBB)of rats by means of PLA2 and Evans blue(EB) injected intravascularly. The results show that EB might pass the BBB at an extent depending on the concentration of PLA2 in brain tissues. The activity of snake PLA2 is stronger than that of pancreatic PLA2. |
