| 摘 要： | 采用经颅多普勒超声(TCD),对42例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿的颅内主要大动脉进行血流速度检测,并与30名健康新生的TCD相比较。结果发现35例异常,占83.3%,其中28例表现不同形式的血流速度降低,7例血流速度增高,7例基本正常。对新生儿HIE的脑血流动力学变化进行了扼要的讨论。

| Abstract: | Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) technique had been applied to de-
tect flow velocity of intracranial main arteries in 42 cases with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic en-
cephalophy (HIE), and compared with 30 cases of healthy neonates. The findings were that
35 patients (83. 3%) manifested abnormal changes, including various types of reduced flow
velocity in 28 patients, increased flow velocity in 7 patients. approximately normal in 7 pa-
tients, Finally, the intracranial blood flow dynamic changes of neonatal HIE had been dis-
cussed. |
