325例宫颈病变阴道镜检查结果分析

目的探讨阴道镜在宫颈癌前病变诊断中的价值、临床意义。方法对2005～2008年在泸定县人民医院就诊的325例高危宫颈疾病患者的阴道镜检查及宫颈活组织检查结果进行回顾性分析和比较。结果 325例高危宫颈疾病患者病理确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤变（CINⅠ～Ⅲ级）116例,浸润癌1例,宫颈鳞癌3例。结论基层医院妇科普查结合阴道镜检查和病理活检可以早期诊断宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌,对宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的早期诊断、早期治疗、降低死亡率有明显意义。

The analysis of the colposcopy＇s results of cervical diseases in 325 cases

Objective To study clinical value and significance in the cervical precancerous lesions diagnosis by the colposcopy.Methods The data from the results of colposcopy examination and pathological biopsies in 325 cases with cervical diseases from 2005 to 2008 in Luding county＇s the People＇s Hospital was analyzed and compared retrospectively.Results Totally 116 cases were diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN I~III grade）,1 case was diagnosed as invasive cancer,3 cases were diagnosed as cervical cancer.Conclusion General gynae-cological screening combined with the colposcopy examination and pathological biopsies could be diagnose cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer in grass-roots hospitals that were significant values in early diagnosis and treatment,decreasing mortality in cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.
