| 摘 要： | 如何加强护理人员“三基”训练,促进护士“三基”水平的达标,是医院达标上等的一大难题。近年来,我院根据三级医院标准要求,采用自学与讲课相结合,脱产培训与日常考核相结合的方法,对护理人员进行培训,提高了护理队伍的整体素质,为等级医院评审奠定了一个良好的基础。

| Abstract: | How to strengthen three basic training of nursing staff and promote the reach of the standard of three basic levels is a difficult problem to the hospital. According to the require-nents for three - rank hospital, our hospital combined self - teaching with teaching, off - the -job training with routine check to train the nursing staff. As a result, the quality of the nursing staff was improved, which laid a good fundation for passing the judgement on rank hospital. |
