心理护理干预对运动造成膝关节损伤患者负性情绪的影响

目的：探讨心理护理干预对运动造成膝关节急慢性损伤患者负性情绪的影响。方法：将62例运动造成的膝关节损伤患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组31例。对照组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理的同时进行心理护理干预。采用国际通用的 SCL-90症状自评量表、SAS 焦虑自评量表和 SDS 抑郁自评量表对两组患者进行测查。在心理护理干预1个月后再次对两组患者进行心理评估。结果：干预组试验前后 SCL-90症状自评量表中躯体化、焦虑、敌意等维度和 SAS 及 SDS 对比，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05），对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：运动造成的膝关节损伤患者常伴有抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等负性情绪，采取必要的心理护理干预对康复有积极的意义。

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion for Patients with Knee Injuries Caused by Sports

Objective：To investigate the effects of psychological nursing intervention for patients with acute and chronic knee injuries because of sports injuries resulting in negative emotion. Methods：62 cases of the patients with knee injuries resulting from sports in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups（intervention group and control group）. The intervention group of 31 patients was given psychological care interventions besides the usual care,while the control group of the other 31 patients was offered conventional care. The survey was fulfilled,which adopted the in-ternationally accepted SCL-90 symptom checklist,SAS Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the SDS self-rating depression scale for two groups of knee injuries,respectively. The re-psychological assessment was carried out after a month of psy-chological nursing intervention. Results：There was significant difference（P 〈 0. 05）in SCL-90 symptom checklist in somatization,anxiety,hostility and other dimensions,and SAS and SDS comparison in the experimental group before and after the intervention;while there was no significant difference in the control group（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：The survey shows that patients with knee injuries caused by the sports associated with depression,anxiety,fear and other negative emotions so that it is positive to take the necessary psychological intervention to reduce the negative emotion.
