ROOT ZX根尖定位仪测量老年人后牙工作长度准确性研究

目的：研究RODT ZX根尖定位仪在确定老年人后牙工作长度方面的准确性。方法：随机选择86例拟进行根管治疗的老年人后牙，共计148颗后牙，实验组68颗，共183个根管，采用RODT ZX根尖定位仪确定工作长度；对照组80颗，共209个根管为X线片组作为标准组；所有根管预备后插诊断丝摄X线片，比较实验组和标准组测定工作长度的准确性。结果：实验组中183个根管中符合工作长度标准的有173个，准确率为94．53％；对照组209个根管中符合工作长度标准的有198个，准确率为95．21％。经统计学分析，两组比较无统计学意义。结论：RODT ZX根尖定位仪在确定老年人后牙工作长度方面与X线法可取得同样的效果，并能简化操作、避免X线的损害。

Accuracy of ROOT ZX in Measuring the Working Length of Posterior Teeth of the Aged

Objective: To study the accuracy of ROOT ZX in measuring the working length of posterior teeth of the aged.Methods: Eighty-six aged patients with a total of 148 posterior teeth to be cured with root canal were randomly selected and divided into two groups of an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group(68 posterior teeth,183 root canals) was measured the working length by ROOT ZX.The control group(80 posterior teeth,209 root canals),an X-ray group was used as a standard group.After All of the root canals were prepared well,we inserted gutta-percha point and took the radiograph so as to compare the accuracy of the working length measured by the experimental group and the standard group.Results: One hundred and seventy-three root canals among the 183 in the experimental group accorded with the standards of the working length.The accurate rate was 94.53%.And one hundred and ninety-eight root canals among the 209 in the control group accorded with the standards of the working length.The accurate rate was 95.21%.Statistics analysis showed that the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance.Conclusion: In terms of measuring the accuracy of the working length of posterior teeth of the aged,ROOT ZX method has the same effect as X-ray method.ROOT ZX method can simplify the operating process and avoid the harm of X-ray to patients.
