| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅脑损伤合并髋部伤的诊断和治疗。方法：分析4例重型颅脑损伤合并髋部骨折病人的诊治经过及其后期伤残情况。结果：重型颅脑损伤合并髋部骨折容易被漏诊，后期会加重病人的残疾。结论：医生要树立颅脑损伤常见合并伤的概念，全面查体、尽早发现问题是预防漏诊的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investgate the diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral injury with fracture of hip.Methods: Analysis was made of the diagnosis and treatment of 4 patients with the disease and of their mayhem in the latter course.Results: This disease tended to miss diagnosis,which led to aggravated mayhem.Conclusion: The doctor should have the knowedge that this disease is often associated with other injuries and general physical examination and necessary adjuvant examination is vital for the detection. |
