| 摘 要： | 目的：建立氢氯噻嗪片近红外光谱分析快速鉴别方法。方法：近红外漫反射光谱法结合OPUS软件，建立氢氯噻嗪片近红外定性模型。结果与结论：本方法快速鉴别氢氯噻嗪片的同时也可准确区分不同规格制剂，为氢氯噻嗪片的快速筛查提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the method of near infrared spectroscopy(NIR) for the rapid identification of hydrochlorothiazide tablets.Methods: Near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combined with OPUS software was adopted to establish the near-infrared qualitative model of hydrochlorothiazide tablets.Results and Conclusions: This method can accurately distinguish the different specifications of hydrochlorothiazide tablets at the same time,and provide a reference for the rapid screening of hydrochlorothiazide tablets. |
