摘    要:目的:探讨不同快速冷却时间对两种临床上常用的钛瓷系统与钛结合强度的影响。方法:实验采用ISO标准三点弯曲金/瓷结合强度测试试件,钛瓷系统分别为Vita Titankeramik钛瓷粉和Noritake superporcelain Ti-22钛瓷粉,冷却时间分别设定为1min,3min,5min和7min。结果:钛/Vita Titankeramic试件在冷却时间为1min和3min的钛/瓷结合强度,显著低于5min和7min时的结合强度;钛/Noritake试件在冷却时间为1min时,其结合强度低于钛/Noritake试件其余各组。结论:在使用Vita Titankeramic钛瓷系统时,各瓷层烧结后冷却时间至少应为5min,而Noritake钛瓷系统各瓷层烧结后冷却时间至少应为3min。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effects of different rapid cooling time to the bonding strength of two kinds of titanium-porcelain system and titanium that were often used in clinical medicine.Methods: The experiment was done by testing specimens of the three-point bend metal-porcelain bonding strength of ISO standard.The titanium-porcelain system was VitaTitankeramik powder and Noritake superporcelain Ti-22 powder separately.The cooling time was set 1 min,3 min,5 min and 7 min separately.Results: The results showed that when the cooling time was 1 min and 3 min,the bonding strength of titanium-porcelain of the testing specimens of Vita Titankeramik was apparently lower than that of the 5 min and 7 min.And the bonding strength of titanium/Noritake was apparently lower than other groups when the cooling time of the testing specimens of titanium /Noritake was 1 min.Conclusions: When the system of titanium-porcelain of VitaTitankeramik is used,the cooling time after sintering of titanium-porcelain of Vita Titankeramik system should be 5 min at least,but the cooling time after the sintering of the system of Noritake superporcelain Ti-22 should be 3 min at least.
