综合护理干预对老年脑卒中患者的负性情绪及睡眠障碍改善的影响

目的：探讨综合护理干预对老年脑卒中患者负性情绪及睡眠障碍的影响。方法：选择2013年2月-2014年2月通州区人民医院收治的老年脑卒中患者112例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各56例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合性护理干预。对两组患者干预后的SAS和SDS评分变化情况、睡眠障碍改善情况及护理满意度进行比较。结果：干预后观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于干预前（ P〈0.05）；观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组（ P〈0.05）；观察组的PSQI各项评分及总评分均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度（94.6%）明显高于对照组（80.4%）（P〈0.05）。结论：实施有效的综合护理干预，可缓解老年脑卒中患者的负性情绪，改善睡眠质量，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

The Effect Research of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotions and Dyssomnia of Elderly Patients with Stroke

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and dyssomnia of elderly patients with stroke. Methods：112 cases of elderly patients with stroke in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 56 cases in each group. Control group was given routine care,while observation group was added comprehensive nursing intervention. SAS and SDS scores after the intervention,improvement of dyssomnia and satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results：SAS and SDS scores in observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those before nursing intervention（ P〈0 . 05 ）;SAS and SDS scores in observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0 . 05 ）;Each score and total score of PSQI in observation group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that in control group（P〈0. 05）;Satisfaction of patients in observation group（94. 6%）after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in control group（80. 4%）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with stroke can alleviate their negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
