PBL联合CBL教学在消化内科见习中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学在消化内科见习中的应用效果。方法见习生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用PBL联合CBL教学,对照组采用传统教学,分别统计理论考试成绩及进行问卷调查。结果实验组理论成绩高于对照组(P〈0.05)。96.4%的见习生希望继续开展PBL联合CBL教学。结论PBL联合CBL教学值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the result of problembased learning combined with Case based learning teaching model in the clinical probation of digestive medicine. Methods PBL combined CBL teaching method and traditional teaching method were used respectively among 120 medical students who were divided into two groups randomly. Educational effects were evaluated through examination andquestionnaire. Results The PBL combined CBL group test scores are significantly higher than tra ditional teaching group ( P〈0.05 ). 96.4% students thought it was necessary to have PBL combined CBL teaching. Conclusions PBL combined CBL teaching method is an effective teaching method for medical students.
