医学生对遗体捐献及人体解剖学实习态度的调查

目的调查当前人体解剖学教学遗体的使用情况及医学生对遗体捐献和解剖实习课的态度，为人体解剖学教学提供建议。方法对河北医科大学300名在校生进行现场问卷调查，对所得数据进行对比分析。结果解剖实习课教学用尸体数量严重不足，直接影响解剖教学质量；医学生对解剖实习课态度欠佳，对遗体捐献了解程度较低；影响遗体捐献的主要因素是传统观念、缺乏人文关怀和遗体捐献程序复杂。结论应对遗体捐献工作加强宣传、做好人文关怀；简化捐献程序、加强立法，以缓解解剖实习课尸源不足；通过教学改革提高学生解剖课实习兴趣及人文素养。

Investigation on medical students' attitudes towards body donation and human anatomy practicum

Objective To investigate the current application of teaching Cadavers and attitudes of medical students towards body donation and anatomy practicum and to make proposals on teaching and learning of human anatomy. Methods A on the spot questionnaire survey among 300 students studying in Hebei Medical University was conducted and the acquired data were contrasted analyzed. Results The teaching cadavers were insufficient and the quality of anatomy education was directly af-fected. Medical students took unfavorable attitudes towards anatomy practice and knew little about body donation. The main factors affected body donations were traditional concepts, lack of humanistic con- cern and complicated procedures of donation. Conclusions The short of teaching cadavers would be relieved by enhancing propaganda and legislation, emphasizing humanistic concern, simplifying proce-dures of donation. By means of anatomy teaching reformations, the learning interest and humanistic lit-eracy of medical students are supposed to be improved.
