摘    要:本文对循证医学的概念及对临床实践和科研的指导作用进行了阐述。强调在医学院校本科生的临床医学教学中传授循证医学理念的重要性,对如何在本科生中开展循证医学教学提出具体的建议。在本科生阶段尤其应该初步掌握应用临床流行病学理论对临床研究证据进行科学评价的方法,评价研究证据的真实性,重要性和适用性。从而帮助学生在今后的临床实践中正确认识和应用循证医学证据。同时也培养了学生的科学研究思维和创新能力。以保证学生在研究生阶段可以从事更高层次的研究性工作,使其能够成长为未来高素质、创新型的临床医学人才。

Abstract:The paper described the concept of evidence-based medicine and its impact on clinical practice and scientific research. It was emphasized that the thinking of evidence-based medicine should be taught to undergraduate in the teaching of clinical medicine during their pre-clinical years. Some suggestions were made on how to carry out evidence-based medicine teaching among undergraduate students. In particular, In order to correctly understand and apply the evidence of evidence-based medicine during the future clinical practice, it is important to learn to evaluate the validity, importance and applicability of the clinical research evidences at the undergraduate stage. Meanwhile, it also raises the student''s scientific research thinking and innovative ability. Then students could engage in a higher level of research work at the graduate stage, moreover it can help training highly qualified medical students with innovative clinical medical thinking.
