预防医学专业本科生慢性病管理能力及理论教学模式研究

目的 探索有助于预防医学本科生慢性病管理能力培养的理论教学模式，为改进目前我国预防医学专业慢性病管理能力的理论教学提供可行性建议，使毕业生更好地适应慢性病管理工作。 方法 对我国华中地区某省会城市的190名从事慢性病管理工作和教学的相关人员进行问卷调查。 结果 调查发现，有超过半数的调查对象认为培养学生慢性病管理应重点掌握预防、干预服务及健康促进能力，且当前存在相关慢性病课程安排不够（占38.9%）、教学学时不足（占24.2%）、教学方式和手段单一（占51.6%）、缺乏社区实践教学等问题（71.1%）。 结论 当前预防医学专业本科生的慢性病管理能力还有待加强，高校也应该改进教学模式以加强对学生慢性病管理能力的培养。

The ability of chronic diseases management of preventive medicine undergraduates and theoretical teaching research

Objective Exploring theoretical teaching model of chronic diseases management of preventive medicine undergraduates ,which provide suggestions to improve preventive medicine major chronic diseases management and graduates can adapt to chronic diseases management work. Methods Implementing questionnaires in 190 respondents who engaged in chronic diseases management or teaching in in central china. Results There are 61.6% respondents think that developing the ability of chronic diseases management should acquire the knowledge of preventive and intervening service, and exist some problems such as lack chronic diseases course(38.9%) and class hours(24.2%), monotonous teaching methods(51.6%),lack community practice(71.1%). Conclusions preventive medicine undergraduates need to be improved,medical colleges should change teaching model to increase undergraduates ability of chronic diseases management.
