摘    要:慕课(MOOC)是近年来教育领域出现的新型教学模式,本文从慕课的概念、起源、特点及其国内慕课建设,结合住院医师规范化培训发展现状,阐述了将“慕课”教学模式应用于住院医师规范化培训教学改革中,对课程教学设计、线上学习方式、线下授课补充、全程考核评价等教学流程进行介绍,分析了实行慕课课程的优越性与局限性,提出建议,为进一步深化住院医师教学改革提供参考建议。

Abstract:MOOC is a new teaching method in education field. Since the MOOC teaching method is applied to the training of resident physicians, and the concept, origin, characteristics and construction status of MOOC are introduced, combined with the current situation of the development of the standardized training of resident physicians, some issues, including the design of curriculum, online learning mode, the whole evaluation and teaching process are discussed. Based on those, the study analyzes the advantages and limitations of MOOC in the training of resident physicians, give some suggestions for further deepening the teaching reform.
