摘    要:目的 分析2014级五年制三教班医学生期末考试试卷,考察不同专业学员对该课程的掌握情况,完善题库建设,检验教与学质量,为进一步教改提供依据。方法 利用SPSS 21.0,对2014级五年制三教班共133份外科学及野战外科学期末考试试卷进行分析。结果 参加考试的133名学员中,所得最高分93.5,最低分52.0,平均成绩为(70.63±9.01)分;不及格(60分以下)有6人,占4.51%。试卷整体难度系数(P)为0.71,选择题和填空题P值在0.4~0.7。各题型区分度(D)均大于0.600,整体试卷信度为0.764。试卷得分整体呈正态分布;麻醉专业学员平均成绩优于海医专业,两者均优于心理专业;且麻醉与海医、麻醉与心理专业学员成绩差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 本套试卷题型分配全面、设计基本合理;难度整体偏易,区分度较好,信度较好,成绩分布合理;命题仍需完善,注意合理分配试题难度。本课程应设法加强对心理专业学员的教学。
