摘    要:医学生职业认同的形成和发展是一个渐进过程。通过对国内外医学生职业认同形成与测量的研究方法、研究内容以及国内外一些培养医学生职业认同形成的干预措施的分析,力求为目前医学环境下我国医学生职业认同的深入研究和医学实践教育的改善提供参考。

Abstract:The professional identity formation and development of medical students is a gradual process. Its aim is to offer a reference for further research of medical students'' professional identity and the improvement of medical practice education in the current medical environment by analyzing the aspects at home and abroad in the research method and research content of medical students'' professional identity formation and measurement as well as the present intervention measures that can cultivate medical students'' professional identity formation.
