| 摘 要： | 目的了解1株泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌（PDRPA）耐药基因携带状况。方法采用PCR检测该株PDRPA菌44种基因。结果该株PDRPA菌携带TEM-1、OXA．10、PER-1、aac（3）-Ⅱ、aac（6’）-Ⅱ、ant（3”）-Ⅰ、rmtB、sull、cmlA、intⅠ1、merA基因，且伴有oprD2缺失。结论该株PDRPA菌携带多种耐药基因是泛耐药原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the resistance gene in a pan-drug resistant E aeruginosa. Methods The 44 kinds of genes were detected by PCR. Results There are genes of TEM-1, OXA-10, PER-1, aac（3）-Ⅱ, aac（6＇）-Ⅱ, ant（3＂）- Ⅰ, rmtB, sull, cmlA, int Ⅰ1 and merA in this strain, and with the deletion of oprD2 gene. Conclusions In this strain, many types of resistance genes are the reasons for pan-drug resistance. |
