丹阳市人群麻疹免疫状况调查分析

目的调查丹阳市不同人群的麻疹抗体水平，为麻疹防制工作提供依据。方法采用ELISA法对随机抽取的998份健康人群血清进行麻疹抗体水平检测。结果人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率和GMT处于中等水平，分别为91．68％和1：730．7；〈8月龄儿童的抗体水平最低，抗体阳性率和GMT分别为30．77％，1：6．42；其次为15岁-年龄组和10岁-年龄组，抗体阳性率和GMT分别为95．73％，1：634．2和97．69％，1：804．5；麻疹抗体阳性率在男女性别和城乡间差别无显著性。结论丹阳市健康人群对麻疹有一定的免疫力，近期不会发生大面积的麻疹流行，但是应重视麻疹的预防与控制，对15岁碑龄组和10岁。年龄组人群进行麻疹疫苗的加强免疫，提高抗体水平。

Surveillance and Analysis on Measles Antibody Level of Healthy population in Danyang County

Objective To comprehend the antibody level of measles in Danyang County in order to prevent the outbreak of this disease in the future. Methods 998 sera samples were collected randomly from healthy population to test for measles virus specific lgG antibody with ELISA method. Results The results showed the total measles IgG antibody positive rate of the population tested was 91.63%, the GMT was 730.7. The antibody level was all the lowest, the measles antibody positive rate was 30.77% and GMT was 6.42 in age less than 8-month-old population, followed by in age 10-year group and 15 -year group, and there was statistical significant difference between different age groups. The differences of measles antibody positive rates and GMTs between different gender and between urban and rural residents showed no statistical significant differences. Conclusions An epidemic of measles could not occur in next couple years in Danyang. But we should still intensify measles disease prevention and control. It is recommended that reinforced immunizations of measles for 10-year group and 15-year group are to be taken seriously.
