| 摘 要： | 目的了解1株多耐药阴沟肠杆菌（MDR—ECL）耐药基因携带状况。方法采用PCR检测该株MDR—ECL菌22种基因。结果该株MDR—ECL菌携带TEM、SHV、CTX—M-1、aac（3）-Ⅱ、aac（6’）-Ⅰb、ant（2”）-Ⅰ、qnrA基因。结论该株MDR—ECL菌携带多种耐药基因是多耐药原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the resistance gene with the situation in a multi-drug resistant Enterobacter cloacae. Methods The genes of 22 kinds resistance were detected by PCR. Results There are genes ofTEM, SHV, CTX-M-1, aac（3）- Ⅱ, aac（6＇）- Ⅰ b, ant（2＂）- Ⅰand qnrA. Conclusions In this strain, many types of resistance genes are the reasons for multi-drug resistance. |
