心电图、超声心动图、SPECT、冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病的比较

目的 :研究冠心病 (CAD)时 ,心电图 (ECG)、超声心动图 (UCG)、单光子发射型计算机断层显像(SPECT)、冠脉造影 (CAG)的敏感性、特异性、准确性和互补性。方法 :对来院的 6 7例疑诊冠心病患者分别进行ECG、UCG、SPECT和CAG检查。结果 :以CAG和手术结果为标准 ,ECG、UCG和SPECT的敏感性分别为 71.7% ,71.2%和 90 .3% ;特异性分别为 78.6 % ,85 .7%和 80 % ;准确性分别为 73.1% ,73.1%和 88.1%。结论 :ECG、UCG、SPECT、CAG对冠心病的诊断各有特点 ,有较高的互补性 ,根据不同的特点选择应用 ,有利于提高诊断水平 ,使患者得到及时有效的治疗

Compare Electrocardiogram、Ultrasonic cCardiogram、SPECT and Coronary Arteriography in Coronay Artery Disese

Objective To evaluate the sensitivity,specificity,accur at e index and be mutually complement of electrocardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram,SP ECT and coronary arteriography.Methods 67 patients with suspect co ronay artery disese were detected respectively by electrocardiogram,ultrasonic c ardiogram,SPECT and coronary arteriography.Results Use the result of coronary arteriography and operation as a standard,we can obtain the sensitiv ity of electrocardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram and SPECT were 71.7 %,71.2 % an d 90.3 % respectively,the specificity of electrocardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram a nd SPECT were 78.6 %,85.7 % and 80 % respectively,the accurate index of elect roc ardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram and SPECT were 73.1 %,73.1 % and 88.1 % respe ct ively.Conclusion Electrocardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram,SPECT an d coronary arteriography in diagnosis coronay artery disese have respective trai t and better be mutually complement.According to respective trait we elect them, our diagnostic level will be enhance,the patients will obtain efficacious therap y timely.
