小儿急性肠套叠腹部平片特点分析

目的:探讨小儿急性肠套叠的腹部平片特点。方法:回顾分析158例诊断明确的小儿急性肠套叠的腹部立卧位片。结果:腹部平片主要特点为腹腔内局限性积气、肠胀气或不完全性肠梗阻、完全性肠梗阻以及结肠内充盈缺损(包块可能)等。结论:小儿急性肠套叠的腹部平片有一定特征,对诊断有一定意义。

The Specificity of Plain Film in Acute Intusseception in Infants

Objective To re-evaluate the specificity of plain film findings in acute intussusception, Methods The plain film findings in 158 eases of provenaeute intussusception were reviewed, Results Findings documented were;paucity of right or left lower quadrant gas;presenee of incomplete small bowel obstruetion;presenee of complete intestinal obstruction;presence of an intraeolonie mass, Conclusion There are some speeifieities indeed in plain films of the abdomen which may be significant for the diagnosis of acute intussusception in infants.
