| 摘 要： | 目的评价α-2b干扰素雾化吸入对婴儿病毒性肺炎的治疗效果。方法随机将206例婴儿病毒性肺炎分为雾化吸入干扰素组(治疗组)与雾化吸入病毒唑组(对照组)。结果治疗组在退热,缓解喘息及促进肺部音消失方面显著优于对照组。结论干扰素雾化吸入治疗婴儿病毒性肺炎具有疗效肯定、见效快、副作用小、疗程短等特点,宜临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of recombinant human interferon for injection for viral pneumonia of infants.Methods To divide 206 cases of viral pneumonia of infants into two groups of atomize inhalation of recombinant human interferon α-2b for injection and ribavirin randomly.Results On defervescing,remitting pant and accelerating the disappearance of lungs rale,the group of atomize inhalation of recombinant human interferonct-2b for injection has markedly better than curative effect,compared with the other group.Conclusion The treatment of viral pneumonia of infants by atomize inhalation of recombinant human interferon a-2b for injection has the characteristics of rapid and good curative effect,less side effect,short period of treatment etc,and it is good and valuable to expand its clinical application. |
