摘    要:目的:主要研究铜绿假单胞菌在医院感染中的分布情况及其对17种抗生素的体外耐药谱,指导临床合理选用抗生素。方法:按常规方法培养分离后,经VITEK-AMS自动微生物鉴定分析仪的鉴定,用Kirty—Bauer法作药物敏感试验。结果:256株铜绿假单胞菌中,以创口分泌物感染的标本最多,占43.8%(112株),呼吸道感染占40.2%(103)株,其余尿、胆汁等占16.0%(41株)。铜绿假单胞菌对17种抗生素的敏感性最高的是美罗培南和亚胺培南,但对比最早期研究的敏感性已经有所下降。结论:本院铜绿假单胞菌分布以创口分泌物感染和呼吸道感染为主,共占84.0%,而且耐药情况严重,应该合理选用抗生素,以减少耐药菌株的出现与传播。

Abstract:Objective to investigate the distributes of Pseudomonas aeruglnosa in the hospital infection and it's antibioticy to 17 kinds of bear the mediclne circumstance.Guiding the clinical reasollahle uses the medicine.Methods The Pseudomonas aeruglnosa were cultrured.Isolated and identified by VITEK—AMS Microbe ldentification System.The antifungal susceptibility was detected by Kirty—Bauer method.Results 256 Pseudomonas aeruglnosaes were isolated.The most samples from the wiunds:43.8%(112 case).The samples from broath way;40.2%(103 cases).The rest samples from Urine,galletc;16.4%(41 cases).The Pseudomonas aeruglnosa was found to be resistant to 17 antithngal drugs to various extent.The most segsitive drug was MerremⅣand lmipenem.But the sensitivity of two antifungal drugs was descent than the segsitivity to research atthe earliest stage period.Conclusions The most Pseudomonas acmgmosaes were cultrured the infection of wounds and breath way in ourhospital,add up to 84.0% .Anditwas resistant to antifungal drug very serious.It must to be Reasonable solectin of antilhngal drug.to reduce the Pseudomonas aerugmosa spread.
