CA19-9、SA联检在胃肠癌诊断中的价值

目的:通过对外周血中糖类胃肠癌相关抗原(CA19- 9)、唾液酸(SA)的联合检测,探讨其对胃肠道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值及临床意义。方法:采用化学发光法(CLIA)对10 0例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者进行CA19 -9测定,同时对其SA(化学法)进行测定,并分别测定正常对照组。结果:肿瘤组CA19- 9水平明显高于正常对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,阳性率分别为结/直肠癌组31.7% ,胃/贲门癌组35 % ,肿瘤组SA水平亦明显高于正常对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,阳性率分别为结/直肠癌组5 5 % ,胃/贲门癌组6 0 % ,采用CA19 9和SA联合检测的阳性率分别为结/直肠癌组76 .7% ,胃/贲门癌组为82 .5 %。结论:采用CA19 -9、SA的肿瘤标志物联合检测对胃肠道癌的诊断具有更高的临床价值

Diagnostic Evaluation of CA19-9 and SA Combinedly in Detecting Gastro-intestinal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value and the clinical significance for measuring the serum levels of carbohydrate 19-9(CA19-9) and silaic acid(SA) combinedly in gastro-intestinal cancer.Methods The serum level of CA19-9 were detected in 100 case with gastro-intestinal cancer and in normal people by chemiluminescence (CLIA) methods, while those of SA were detected by chemistry analysis.Results In cancer patients, the CA19-9 level were markedly elevated(P<0.01). the positive rate was 31.7 % in colorectal cancer and 35 % in ventriculi and cardiac cancer. The SA lever were also significantly elevated(P<0.01). The positive rate was 55 in colorectal cancer and 60 % in ventriculi and cardiac cancer. In combined detected for CA19-9 and SA , the positive rate was 76.7 % in colotectal cancer and 82.5 % in ventriculi and cardiac cancer.Conclusion The combining examination of CA19-9 and SA has great clinical value to diagnosis gastro-intestinal cancer.
