| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳头溢液的病因及其细胞学检查的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析142例病理性乳头溢液病例;探讨乳头溢液细胞学检查的临床意义。结果:本组142例病理性乳头溢液病例中,乳腺癌占7.0%,导管内乳头状瘤55.6%,乳腺增生症16.2%,导管扩张症12.7%,乳腺炎8.5%;乳头溢液细胞学检查诊断准确率为81.7%(116/142)。结论:乳头溢液细胞学检查在诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤、防止和早期诊断乳腺癌中具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate pathogeny and clini6al significance of cytological diagnosis in nipple discharge. Methods 142 casces pathological nipple discharge were analysed retrospectively. To evaluate clinical significance of cytological diagnosis of nipple discharge. Resuits The histological types of nipple discharge were found： carcinoma of breast （7.0%）, intraductal papilloma（55.6% ）, hyperplasia of mammary gland（ 16.2% ）, duct ectasia（ 12.7% ）, mastitis（8.5% ）. The diagnosis sensitivity of cytological diagnosis of nipple discharge was 81.7% （116/142）. Conclusion Cytology of nipple secretion have important relevance in diagnose breast intraductal papilloma or prevent and diagnose early carcinoma of breast. |
