后路椎间盘镜髓核摘除术的失误原因及处理方法

目的探讨腰椎间盘镜髓核摘除术的失误原因及处理方法。方法回顾总结54例腰椎间盘突出症行椎间盘镜下摘除术(MED)手术的临床资料。结果54例均获得1年随访。13例手术患者出现了失误操作,得到了相应的处理,按照我科设计的脊柱显微内镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效评价表,对本组的54例患者近、远期疗效进行量化评价,均达到优、良。结论腰椎间盘镜手术失误的原因主要为适应证选择不当、定位错误及手术技巧不熟练等。严格遵守MED手术原则,可以避免失误。

The fault causes and corresponding treatment methods of microendoscopy disectomy

Objective To explore the fault causes and relative treatment methods of microendoscopy disectomy （MED）. Methods Retrospective analyses the clinical data of 54 cases of lumbar disc herniation （LDH） with MED. Results Fifty-four cases were all followed-up for 1 year. Thirteen cases met mistakes and obtained corresponding treatment, according to the MED therapeutic effect evaluation scale designed by our department, 54 cases were evaluated as excellent or good. Conclusion The fault causes of MED were inaccurate surgical indication, wrong orientation and inexperience of surgical skill. Abide by common doctrine of MED could avoid failure.
