| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用静丙治疗病毒性脑炎的临床价值。方法:在常规治疗(脱水降颅压、降温止惊、激素、抗生素、能量合剂及对症处理等)的基础上加用蓉生静丙(200—400mg/kg.d,×4—5d)治疗病脑。结果:治疗组与对照组间在治疗发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐、平均住院日数等诸方面比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:病脑治疗中,在常规疗法基础上加用静丙静滴治疗,可显著提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective to explore the clioucal efficiacy of treating encephalitis by I. V r-Globulin. Methods: On routine basis therapy (for example:deprivation of body fluids,lower the temperature,diminish inflammation and suit the medicine to the illnss) ,the way of I. V r-Globulin was added in encephalitis (200-400mg/kg. d, ×4 -5d). Results:to treat the fever,headache,vomit convulsious et al,the may of adding I. V,g -Globulin is a more effective therapy than that one. Conclusion: On the treatment of the encephalitvs,the routime therapy is a basis therapy,to add iv r-Globuliu therapy is a mive effective method. |
