加压推注溶栓药物治疗急性髂股深静脉血栓形成

目的:探讨髂股深静脉血栓形成(DVT),在顺行造影的同时,加压推注尿激酶的应用。方法:56例DVT,男38例,女18例,右下肢20例,左下肢36例,病程6h～5d。从患肢远端浅静脉入路,小腿中下1/3捆扎止血带,使对比剂经深静脉通过,进行下肢深静脉顺行造影的同时,加压间断推注尿激酶,进行溶栓治疗,尿激酶使用20万U～80万U。结果:56例患者均获得了良好的临床疗效,无一例无效,无一例发生症状性肺栓塞,所有患者症状消失或明显减退。结论:经下肢浅静脉加压推注尿激酶进行溶栓治疗髂股DVT,疗效确切,溶解率高,方法简便,安全可靠。
