斑点免疫结合实验用于丙肝不同片段抗体的检测

目的建立检测丙肝不同片段抗体的斑点免疫结合法,并对其临床应用价值进行评价。方法分别取基因工程表达的丙肝融合抗原及分片段抗原包被于硝酸纤维素膜,建立了检测丙肝不同片段抗体的斑点免疫结合法。使用RIBA确证试剂进行评估,并与分片段酶联免疫确认试剂进行比较。结果使用RIBA确证试剂进行评估,灵敏度可达95.7%,特异性为100.0%。斑点免疫结合法与分片段酶联免疫确认试剂法相比,阴性符合率为100.0%,阳性符合率为95.6%。结论斑点免疫结合法具有良好的灵敏度和特异性,且简便价廉,有很强的实用性。

Study on the Different HCV Antibody Detection by Dot Immunoassay

Objective To establish Dot Immunoassay of detecting different HCV antibody,and to evaluate the clinical application.Methods Dot Immunoassay of detecting different HCV antibody was established bycoating recombined HCV antigen on the nitrocellulose membrane.It was evaluated by RIBA and was compared with the different HCV antibody ELISA kit.Results To compared with RIBA,the sensitivity is 95.7%,the specialty is 100%.To compared with the different HCV antibody ELISA kit,the coordinate ratio of negative result is 100%,the coordinate ratio of positive result is 95.6%.Conclusion Dot Immunoassay has good sensitivity and specialty.It is simple,cheap and practical.
