| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缺血修饰蛋白与脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2两项指标在动脉硬化性脑梗死(ACI)中的应用价值。方法对脑梗死组130例和对照组120例的血清缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)进行平行检测,并做对比分析。结果脑梗死组IMA、Lp-PLA2表达水平均高于对照组。结论血清IMA、Lp-PLA2水平增高与ACI密切相关,及早检测血清IMA、Lp-PLA2等相关指标,对动脉硬化性脑梗死的预防及治疗有着非常积极的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective Study the ischemia modified protein and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A 2 two indicators in arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction （ACI） application value. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of cerebral infarction group and control serum ischemia modified albumin group 120 cases （IMA）, lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2（Lp-PLA2） for parallel detection, and do comparative analysis. Results The expression levels of IMA, Lp-PLA2 in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than control group. Conclusion Serum IMA, Lp-PLA2 levels are closely related with ACI, early detection of serum IMA, Lp-PLA2 and other related indicators, has a very positive significance for the prevention and treatment of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction. |
