吡格列酮联合二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素的影响

目的探讨吡格列酮联合二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素(APN)水平的影响。方法对我院初诊60例2型糖尿病患者依治疗用药情况分为治疗组30例及对照组30例。治疗组予吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组予二甲双胍治疗,疗程均为12周。观察2组患者治疗前后的血清APN、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、胰岛素抵抗(IR)水平、血脂的变化。结果与治疗前相比,治疗组APN水平明显升高(P<0.05),FPG、Hb A1c、HOMA-IR、空腹胰岛素(FIns)明显降低(P<0.05),血脂代谢得到改善;与治疗前相比,对照组APN水平没有明显改变,FPG、Hb A1c、HOMA-IR、FIns明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组FPG、Hb A1c、HOMA-IR及对脂代谢的改善效果优于对照组。结论采用吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗,可提高2型糖尿病患者血清APN水平,进一步改善患者的IR状态。

Effect of pioglitazone combined with metformin on adiponectin in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2

Objective To investigate pioglitazone combined with metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus effects on serum levels of adiponectin （APN）. Methods Sixty cases of poor application of our hospital sulfonylurea therapy glycemic control in type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients. Treatment group to pioglitazone metformin therapy, the control group was given metformin, a course of 12 weeks. Serum APN were observed before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, glycated hemoglobin （HbA1c）, insulin resistance （IR）, changes in blood lipids. Results Compared with before treatment, the treatment group APN levels were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, the treatment group FPG, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, FIns significantly lower（P〈0.05）, lipid metabolism was improved;compared with before treatment, APN levels of the control group did not change significantly, FPG, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, FIns, significantly lower （P〈0.05）; treatment group FPG, HbA1c, HOMA-IR effects on lipid metabolism and improvement than the control group. Conclusion For poor sulfonylurea therapy in type 2 diabetes patients with pioglitazone metformin therapy can improve type 2 serum APN levels in patients with diabetes, insulin resistance and further improve the patient′s condition.
