| 摘 要： | 目的:评价雷贝拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:雷贝拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗FD患者30例,为治疗组;单用多潘立酮治疗FD患者30例,为对照组。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为86.7%和43.3%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未发现不良反应。结论:雷贝拉唑联合多潘立酮能有效缓解FD的症状,是治疗FD安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of rabeprazole combined with domperidone on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods Rabeprazole combined with domperidone were used in 30 cases(treated group),30 cases were given domperidone only(controlled group).Results The total effective rates of the treated group and the controlled group were 86.7% and 43.3%(P<0.05),respectively.No side effects were found in 2 groups.Conclusions Rabeprazole combined with domperidone could improve symptoms inpatients with FD and have excellent therape utic effects on the FD patients. |
